Trees are behind the houses and the leaves of a tree can be seen in the upper right corner. The title along the upper left identifies the area as "Eighth Avenue Cottages Laurel, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence and address placement. "B16" is handwritten on the right side of the card.
