Description
This color postcard features a dusty street with cars driving on it. Several rows of beige tents and pine trees are to the right of the street and utility poles and buildings are to the left of the street. The title along the bottom of the street reads "Street Leading to Camp Headquarters--Camp Shelby Near Hattiesburg, Miss." The back of the postcard identfies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address and postage stamp placement. The description in the upper left corner reads "Camp Shelby--Near Hattiesburg, Mississippi was established during the World War. Situated on high rolling pine clad hills this camp will be one of the largest in the country."
