Description
This black and white picture postcard features a group of white clapboard buildings with pine trees and other landscaping around the buildings. A white sign on wooden posts reads "Camp Headquarters." The title along the bottom of the card reads "Camp Headquarters, Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, Mississippi." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides creator and publisher information as well as indication for postage stamp, address, and correspondence placement. The space designated for the stamp is crossed out and the words "Soldiers Mail" is written over it. The card is postmarked Camp Shelby, July 27 [year illegible]. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mrs. Margie Reichard in Hellertown, Pennsylvania.
