Description

This black and white picture postcard features a dirt street lined with tents on either side. Two men sit in front of one tent and a uniformed man stands in the street with his hands on his hips. "A Company Street" is handwritten in white ink along the bottom. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for postage stamp, address, and correspondence placement. Photographer information stamped in ink on the left of the card. An inscription is handwritten sideways on the left.

This is a Co. street in our Regiment but not our Co street."" [sic]
