Description
This stereograph features an aerial view of the Congressional Library, a large, multistory building with columns across the front entrance and a short dome in the center of the roof. Trees and streets can be seen in the foreground of the library and the city can be seen behind the library. The publisher's name is printed on either end of the image and the title of the image and copyright is printed in the lower right edge. The back of the stereograph states that the image is from the viewpoint of the dome of the capitol building and provides a brief history of the Congressional Library.
