Description

This stereograph features a 90 feet long steel rod that is being heated at the steelworks in Pittsburg. A factory worker can be seen standing to the top of the machine that is pulling the rod. The publisher's name is printed at each of the images and the title of the images and the copyright are printed along the bottom right edge. The back of the stereograph provides information about steel mills and how they operate.
