Levy Family Papers

Levy Family Papers collection includes correspondence, funeral notices, tax receipts, and poems pertaining to Levy, Holmes, Baptist, Carothers, Hull, and Roby families of Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, New York, North Carolina, and Virginia. Subjects include family affairs and the Civil War. Among the Civil War letters is a letter written at Harper's Ferry, Virginia, in 1861.
