Description

The mighty fishing fleet lines up to form the endless-seeming marine parade that preceeded the Blessing of the Fleet ceremonies which highlighted the two-day Biloxi Shrimp Festival, 1957. More that 200 boats passed before the 'Reub Junge' where Reverend Herbert Mullin, pastor of Biloxi's St. Michael's Church blessed each with the ancient "Ritual of the Sea."
