Description

In this handwritten deed of trust, Matilda A. and Robert B. Webb agree to the sale of their property should they fail to repay the five hundred dollar loan made by Jason Niles. Should the Webb's fail to repay the loan at it's maturity, A. J. Boyd is authorized to sell the property to the highest bidder to repay Niles. The document is signed by R. B. Webb and Matilda A. Webb. A statement by the Chancery Clerk, W. V. Davis is included as well as a certification statement by the Chancery Clerk.
