Description

This black and white photograph shows piles of drums of waste and scrap on the edge of a flooded creek bank. Trees and dirt piles are pictured behind and beside the drums and water can be seen in the foreground. "Drums of scrap and waste flooded" and the date the photo was taken is written in red beneath the photograph.
