Description
This black and white photograph shows 1971 Mississippi gubernatorial candidate, C. L McKinley standing beside a metal briefcase that has been stamped with campaign promises. McKinely is pictured wearing a dark suit, light colored necktie and a white shirt with a cold toned hardhat. His last name is written in red ink in the white strip beneath the photograph.
