Description
This black and white image features James Meredith and a young boy walking on the side of a rural street with a mailbox to the left of them. Meredith is wearing a light colored suit and tie with a white shirt and is carrying a plaid jacket or coat. The young boy is wearing striped pants, a white shirt and a light colored jacket while carrying a white jacket. This photo is noted as being Meredith's "second march".
