Description
This black and white photograph shows five Jackson State College (Jackson State University) graduates standing on the steps outside of a brick building. The men are all wearing dark suites and patterned or striped neckties. The typed text below the photograph identifies the men as "JSC Grads Serve Tangipahoa Parish: Left to right: Principals Rudolph P. Gibson, Eddie L. Robinson, Robert H. Elzy, Issiac Porter, and Joe N. Brumfield are administrators in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Each Received the M. S. Ed. in School Administration and Supervision from Jackson State College."
