This black and white photograph shows WLBT station manager, Bill Dilday, seated behind a desk and smiling as he holds a pencil over a sheet of paper. Dilday is pictured wearing a light colored suit, a gray shirt, and a patterned necktie. A table with books and a telephone on it is pictured behind him. Dilday was the first Black Television Station Manager after having been hired at WLBT in Jackson, Mississippi in 1972.
