Description

This black and white photograph shows Mississippi Governor, Cliff Finch seated behind a desk holding a pen over a document while his wife, on the left, stands beside him with her hand on his shoulder. To the left of Mrs. Finch stands a man identified at Allen. To the right of Finch is Dorothy Moore and a woman identified as Allowity. The state seal for Mississippi hangs on the wall behind the group and is flanked by a U. S. flag and a Mississippi flag.
