This color photograph shows Mississippi Lt. Governor, Evelyn Gandy, seated at a desk with a pen in her hand as though she is about to sign the certificate on the desk in front of her. Gandy is looking off to the left and smiling. A row of wooden shutters with the Mississippi State seal is seen behind her with a credenza beneath the shutters. Note: The date listed for this photograph is an estimate as the original photograph is undated.
