Description
This black and white photograph shows a man identified as Parker seated behind a desk, leaned back in his chair while studying a folded newspaper. Several open books, a typewriter, and stacks of paper are scattered on the desk. Shelves with books, a telephone, and maps are pictured behind him. Parker is wearing a white shirt with a patterned necktie with khaki pants and dark-rimmed eyeglasses.
