Description
This black and white photograph shows Mississippi Governor, William Winter seated behind a desk with a pen poised over a sheet of paper while his other hand is resting on the paper. A child named Jimmy Jones, the State Cystic Fibrosis Poster child is standing to the left of winter. Donna Dye, Honorary State Cystic Fibrosis Chairman and David Grisham, State Cystic Fibrosis President are standing behind winter with a curtain, the state seal, and the state flag on the wall behind them. Donna Dye has one hand resting on Jones' shoulder and the other hand resting on the back of Winter's chair. A typed caption of the photograph is included at the bottom of the image.
