Description

This black and white photograph shows a view of the "Depression Tree" display at the "Christmas at the Old Capitol" exhibit. The typed caption beneath the image reads "The Depression tree is one of four trees authentically decorated in the styles of four eras in the "Christmas at the Old Capitol" exhibit, December 9-31. The exhibit also features a giant Christmas tree in the rotunda, a train and model village display, a collection of silhouettes, and antique toys and dolls. Special events include Christmas concerts, showings of "A Christmas Carol" and "The Little Drummer Boy" and crafts demonstration."
