Description

This black and white photograph shows an aerial view of the City Hall building and grounds in Jackson, Mississippi. The city hall building is the white, three story building with four white columns across the front. Two unidentified buildings are on either side of it cars are parked diagonally in the area in front of the buildings. The Josh Halbert Gardens are across from the City Hall and features landscaped, brick lined paths and benches and with small trees and bushes . A flagpole flying the United States Flag stands in the center of the formation on the left end of the garden. Cars are present on President Street just beyond the garden.
