Description
This black and white photograph depicts Governor William F. Winter speaking in a classroom in front of a group of what appears to be male students. Winter is wearing a light colored pin-stripe suit and has his right hand clinched in a fist. A chalkboard, a speaker, and a closet with a pencil sharpener are seen behind Winter. The students he's addressing are all seated in school desks and facing him. Note: The date listed for this photograph is an estimate as the original photograph is undated.
