Description
In this letter, dated November 1, 1948, Eunice J. Stockwell writes to Charles F. Kauffman to thank him for the Coffman notes he sent her and shares what she's learned about her Coffman line since her last letter. She goes on to ask advice for performing research in Pennsylvania records.

Asked abt Coffman Family assn also; Inq also abt his role on Andrew Coff (3d gen from Andreas who came from Switz? 1717; With this I sent 4 pages (2 punch paper) on Coff in Tenn, Ky, Pa {and} data from other sources. See Rambleu Co. (Typescript) reds (891) three C F K's own knows bottom of pg 4 Nove 1948 issue of S+H arrived before letter was sealed so data on Coffman found in it was included
