Description
In this letter, dated April 19, 1961, Myrtis S. Wineman writes to Christine Williams Wilson update her on the work she's done on the Washington County History. She goes on to describe a recent trip to Jackson, Mississippi to see "the big Parade in Honor of the Confederacy" that was held there and visit the newly opened Old Capital museum. The letter concludes with discussion of their shared research into the Williams family line.
