Description

In this letter, dated July 4, 1958, Myrtis S. Wineman writes to Charles Bass Williams to introduce herself and ask him if he has any family records or information that may be helpful to her genealogy research on the Williams family. She describes her connection to the family and how she came to learn of him. She goes on to offer to send him letters that his father had written to their cousin's mother, Julia Davis. A note written across the top of the letter states that the letter was returned undeliverable and that Wineman sent it to his older sister, Emma Leinhart [Leinart] in Texas.
