In this letter, dated November 28, 1917, Charlie Electious Williams writes to his cousin, Eunice J. Stockwell to inform her on his grandfather and his siblings births, marriages, and how they ended up in Mississippi and Georgia by way of South Carolina. He goes on to explain the Rawls connection to the Williams family. The letter was written for Williams by a friend with footnotes added in the margins in Williams' handwriting.
