Description

In this letter, dated July 25, 1949, G. B. Bickley writes to Eunice J. Stockwell to discuss what he knows of the Bickley family history, including their path from England to Virginia and provides names and locations for who settled where. The letter is typed on Deaver Drive Goods Co. Inc. letterhead and includes an envelope addressed to Miss Eunice J. Stockwell, postmarked Knoxville, Tennessee, July 25, 1949 with a purple, three cent postage stamp. "Bickley Over Aus 8/22/49 is written sideways on the front of the envelope and Joseph Bickley, Chas. Westly, and Brooer B." is written on the back of the envelope.
