In this letter, dated February 2, 1959, Myrtis S. Wineman writes to Jason N. Hillman, Grand Secretary of the Masonic Lodge in Richmond, Virginia, to ask for any information the lodge's records may have for William Williams in the late 1790's or early 1800's. She explains what the objective is of her research and provides the information she already has.
