On this postcard, dated July 1, 1964, L. F. Carpenter writes to Myrtis S. Wineman to thank her for her prompt reply and states that she will have to start going around the Fayette and Union Church areas to interview people. She goes on to ask that Wineman direct any inquiries about the McDonald family line to her.
