Description
This 'The Vendome Commonwealth Ave. and Dartmouth Street" envelope, postmarked Boston, Massachusetts, September 28, 1943 , is addressed to Eunice J. Stockwell in Greenville, Mississippi from Mrs. Boynton. "Res 10/10/43 Carter" is written sideways on the left side and "Via Air Mail" is stamped in purple ink below the postmark. A red, six cent air mail postage stamp is in the upper corner.
