Description

This questionnaire asks a series of questions about the Rawls family with handwritten answers provided by R. A. Rawls. A handwritten note below the questions directs the author of the questionnaire to write to his sister, Mrs. A. E. Gillam. A note written on the back of the questionnaire provides a source to look into and some information on locations of Rawls in Mississippi. An envelope, postmarked Hamburg, Mississippi, March 18 1918 and addressed to Eunice J. Stockwell is included.
