Description
In this letter, dated March 30, 1960, Milton J. Harper writes to Myrtis S. Wineman in response to a memo she had left for him with their mutual friends. In his response he lets her know that he is unsure of what she is needing from him and provides information on how to secure a copy of a coat of arms she mentioned and provided what his fees are for genealogical research services, as well.
