Part of U. S. Naval uniform. Black vest with off-white lining, four gold buttons in front, buttons have eagles, 3 pockets in the front. Lining is badly stained, back of vest has clasp. Label - "F. J. Schmidt Co. Military Tailors Annapolis, MD" Date - 12-28
