Dear ma: Received your card today written Saturday in P.O. and will answer at once. Well I’m still here going strong. Ha! Don’t worry over me, doing O.K. so far. Yes it is very warm here, and rainey. Bad shower yesterday afternoon again. I read in Express about Arthur Petty. So hunt show is coming to P’burg. Take it in! ha! Ha! See old Joe! Saw my picture in town last night again. “Double [?]” Lovesick today, Barbara Steinberg was so good. E. G. Robinson swell! Fred McMurry also. Could see it over and over. Long line, Sunday [and] last night again. Will try to catch it again soon. Little cooler today. Did you read where Boardwalk burned at Atlantic City. I drilled alongside Renault Bar! Eddie Johnson played there! Ha! Ha! Got some nice tiger pictures today in color section of a paper. The one who walks tight wire, on Big bull, and inside big drum. You know him. Ha! Ha! Saw him nice in Sarasota! Xxxxxxxx Love Chas
