Abstract
This audio news clip covers how a tragic shooting on a college campus, Jackson State, where two students were killed, is remembered. Forty-two years after the tragedy, a freedom trail marker was placed at the campus site to preserve the tragedy. The clip includes interviews with students who survived the shooting and sound clips from the remembrance service and the trail marker placement ceremony. The clip concludes with other inclusions of the Freedom Trail program in Mississippi.
