This is a black and white photo of the ROTC participating in routine drills on the Drill Field. ROTC stands for "Reserve Officers' Training Corps", and it is a program that trains university students for the United States Armed Forces. There are several groups of these students, who are members of the ROTC, that are passing by officers who are reviewing them as they pass. Lee Hall can be seen in the background of the photo. Tree branches can be seen in the foreground.
