Description
This is a black and white photo of a sailor in uniform walking next to a short person. The two men are in the middle ground of the photo, and they are walking toward the camera along a concrete sidewalk. The shorter man is about half the height of the sailor. A city's downtown or shopping area can be seen behind the two men.
