Description
This is a black and white photo of a man standing next to a child on a carousel. The child is seated on one of the carousel's horses, and the man is standing to the left of the horse. The man has his hands around the child's waist, and he seems to be taking her off of the horse. The man is wearing a police officer's uniform. The photo is overexposed on the left edge.
