Description
This is a black and white photo of women on a parade float. The float has three tiers. Toward the front of the float, there is one woman seated on the lowest tier, two women on the middle tier, and two women on the highest tier. One of the women on the highest tier is standing. There are other women seated on the opposite side of the float. The women are all wearing either costumes or formal gowns.
