Description

Hall and George, in a series of two letters, writes to Stone regarding improvements for the college. In the first they ensure Stone that they have many years in the building of large manufacturing plants. In the second they tell Stone that they have begun negotiations with the Industrial Institute and College at Columbus and urge him to respond in case the proper appropriations need to be made.
