Description
This article discusses the arrest of Richard Briscoe, a Mississippi State student who had opened a tamale stand on the side of Highway 12. He was charged with operating without a license. After posting bail and his release, it was revealed that he did actually possess a license. Briscoe is set to appear in court to contest his business's closure. A photograph of Briscoe is included with the article.
