Description
This feature in The Reflector includes several paragraphs describing events from years past, including an incident in 1954 when it was reported that Arrington W. High, a Black leader, sent a copy of a one page newspaper called "The Eagle's Eye." The newspaper included information helpful to Black students and was labeled by the State College Association of that time as being "an NAACP propaganda sheet."
