Description

This pamphlet includes a letter to Reverend E. L. Cleveland thanking him for the principles involved in the war that were contained in the sermon which was first giving on the President's Thanksgiving day and was repeated. The group of New Haven men from whom the letter was written, request a written copy of the sermon for publication to which Cleveland responds with a the requested manuscript.
