This handwritten letter, dated January 8, 1876, is written from Braxton & Wallace to Peleg Clarke Jr. informing him that a $90 balance due him through a settlement with Mr. Harrison is enclosed and offers to settle with any others on the as needed. The letter is written on Law Office of Braxton and Wallace letterhead.
