Description
This legal document states the requirements for filing for a new trial in the case of Correll et al. v. McDaniel et al. in which a will is being contested as invalid. The first page of the documents states what affidavits are allowable and the last page is two statements of provisions as how the will would be found valid or invalid. The middle page is blank except for one illegible word near the top of the page. The document is undated though the other filings on the case were filed in 1855.
