This legal document appears to be a transcript or notes of the various testimonies during the Correll and Heron v. McDaniel and others, trial concerning the contesting of a Will due to the soundness of the deceased's mind at the time it was written. The testimonies recorded here are those of Cyrus Correll, Lannl Havner, Dr. Randall, John Gelling, Johnathan McDaniel, James Maxfield, Jacob Coustant, William Hickman, James Havener, Jeremiah Maxwell, Jacob Morsan, Mr. Hickman, Dr. Couvey, Samuel Havener, Mrs Byce, and Robert McDaniel.
