Description

This bond for probate of land, dated March 20, 1827, agrees that Terry Healy will pay the Washington County Probate court one hundred and fifty dollars with the condition that Healy will pay Anna Burdick, Ephraim Burdick's widow, three dollars and eighty cents every year during the rest of her natural life. The bond is signed by Terry Healy and witnessed by Joseph Stanton and Samuel Stanton. Receipts for payments made in 1828 and 1829 are included with the document. The bond was received in the Charlestown clerks' office on March 20, 1827.
