Description

A pamphlet detailing the effect of President Abraham Lincoln and Stephen A. Douglas's debates had on the city of Charleston, Illinois and other cities within the state. The cover of the pamphlet consists of the title and author's name printed in a small, rectangular frame near the top of the cover. A photo of Abraham Lincoln with banners above and below him reading "EX LIBRIS" and "C. E. SIMMONS" is on the inside of the cover.
