Description

A pamphlet containing Emanuel Hertz's "Abraham Lincoln -- The Seer". The cover consists of the title, the date the address was given, and a justification of the address and printing are printed on the cover. A small insignia and printing statement are printed on the bottom of the cover. "Printed in the Congressional record Monday, February 18, 1824 [i.e. 1924] by request of Hon. Holm O. Bursum of New Mexico." Another address with the same title was delivered by the author the same day. The seal of the United States Government Printing Office is stamped upside down on the inside of the cover.
