Description
A pamphlet containing an "Address Delivered on the Occasion of the Acceptance of a Deed of Gift to the Nation by the Lincoln Farm Association of the Lincoln Birthplace Farm at Hodgenville, KY". The address was delivered by the honorable John Sharp Williams who was a senator from Mississippi. The cover of the pamphlet consists of the title, the author, the date that the address was given, and printing and publishing information. A photo of Abraham Lincoln with banners above and below him reading "EX LIBRIS" and "C. E. SIMMONS" is on the inside of the cover. Gift of Lincoln birthplace at Hodgenville, Ky. [U.S. Serial Set 6953] "September 4, 1916." Presented by Mr. Fletcher. Ordered printed September 7, 1916.
