Description

A pamphlet that provides portraits of influential New England writers and photos of the places that inspire or inspired them. Each pair of portraits and photos have a short description printed below them. The cover of the pamphlet consists of the title and five portraits. The portraits on the cover are of Lowell, Holmes, Emerson, Hawthorne, and Longfellow. A photo of Abraham Lincoln with banners above and below him reading "EX LIBRIS" and "C. E. SIMMONS" is on the inside of the cover.
